There's only 8 of these really special boxes full of grass fed goodness from the pastures of Pure Island Beef on Manitoulin Island, Ontario. Every box has something for everyone including our very special jerky that anyone who's tried it can't get enough.
Every box contains the following:
- 30 day dry aged ribeye 30 day dry aged NY Striploin
- 30 day dry aged steak burger, made with equal parts top sirloin, short-rib and brisket
- Grass fed or wagyu tallow (tallow is rendered beef fat, it's an amazing ingredient)
- Our house made demi-glace, a super reduced beef stock made from those dry aged bones
- Smoked Honey Jerky made to order by our friends at Stemmlers Meats
Each box may contain one of each of these:
- One of these great skirt steaks perfect for taco night hot of the grill - flank, bavette, outside or inside skirts
- A small and manageable roast either a sirloin tip or bottom round
- Lean ground beef made only from the eye of round and inside round.
- Short ribs cut just in half
